How to get your 2024/25 pool key

Friday 25th October 2024

The pool opens at 7:00am on 15 November 2024

 

Registration:  All registrations for online key purchasing are done via this website.  

  1. Register: complete the registration form with all your contact information 

  2. Roster yourself onto a volunteer duty.  This involves actively observing the swimmers or working in the pool office during public session times.  Each key holder is asked to sign up for at least one duty a season.   

  3. Make payment (see below)

Payment: 

Yes, I have a swipe card:
The cost for a pool key is $150 for the season.

Once your payment is received, your card will be activated, giving you access to the pool.

No, I don’t have a swipe card:
The cost is $170 for the season, which includes a one-off administration fee of $20 for the swipe card.

Swipe cards can be collected from the pool between 1 pm - 4 pm on Saturdays and Sundays.

    Make an electronic payment to our nominated bank account:

    Account Number: 38 9000 0804704 02
    Reference: Use your Key Card Number (located at the bottom right of your card) or your Duty Roster Booking Code (e.g., ABCD-EFGH-IJKL).
    Payments without the correct reference may result in delays in activating your pool access.

  • Credit Card via Stripe:
    We also accept payments via credit card through Stripe for added convenience. Please note, there is an additional $2 fee to cover Stripe's processing charges. Simply click the link below to complete your payment online.

Casual swimming

You are welcome to enter the pool as a guest with a card holder or during the public sessions paying the casual rates of $5.00 for an adult or $3.50 for a child (up to 16 years). 

Casual sessions are limited to the following times:

  • 1pm - 4pm at the weekend; and 

  • 2pm - 4pm on Weekdays (school holidays only). 

NB: There are no casual sessions offered on public holidays or weekdays during school term time.
